Returns & Exchanges Policy:


At GSTQ, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer complimentary exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. Here's how it works:


Exchanges:


  1. Head to our Exchange Portal.

  2. Enter your order details and choose the item you want to exchange.

  3. Select your new size, color, or style.

  4. Print the provided shipping label and send the package back to us.

  5. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.




Returns:


  1. Visit our Returns Portal.

  2. Enter your order details and choose the item(s) you want to return.

  3. Print the provided shipping label and send the package back to us.

  4. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.


 


Please Note:



  • During sales, all products are eligible for exchange or return unless stated otherwise.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that appear worn, used, or altered.

Shipping Information:


Domestic Orders:

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all US orders over $195. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


International Orders:

We offer express international shipping via our partner, Passport. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the items purchased. All duties and taxes are calculated and presented at checkout, with the option to prepay or pay upon receipt.


Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding US holidays. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your order's journey. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us at connect@gstq.com, and we'll assist you in locating it.
