Shipping

When can I expect my order to ship?

Your order will be on its way to you within 1-2 business days, not counting US holidays. Keep an eye out for an email with your tracking details.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do. We provide options for faster delivery through our shipping partner. Check out at the shipping stage at checkout for all the swift details.

What if I shipped my order to the wrong address?

If this happens, please contact us at connect@gstq.com as soon as possible so we can help get your order on the right track.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Currently, we're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes due to the size of our packages. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you ship internationally?

We've partnered with Passport for international shipping, and you can view all costs, including duties and taxes, at checkout. You can choose whether to pay these upfront or upon delivery.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We prepare your items for shipment quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Once you receive your package, you may return any unwanted items by following our easy returns process.

Can I make changes to my order?

To maintain efficiency in our delivery process, we're unable to make changes to orders once they're placed. Rest assured, you can exchange or return items after receiving them through our Returns Portal.

How can I check on the status of my order?

You can track your order's progress through your GSTQ account on our website or by contacting our support team at connect@gstq.com.

What if my order gets lost/stolen?

If you opted for Route Package Protection at checkout and encounter any issues, please reach out to them for assistance. If not, please contact UPS to file a claim for the lost or stolen package.

What if I am interested in wholesale?

We're not taking on new wholesale partners currently, but we appreciate your interest in GSTQ. Keep an eye on our site for future opportunities to connect and collaborate.

Returns / Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags. Sales items are returnable unless noted otherwise.

How do I exchange an item?

Use our Exchange Portal to return the original item and select a new size, color, or style.

How long will it take to refund my order?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the return. It may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect on your account.

What do I do if one of my items arrived damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. For those who opted for Route Package Protection, please contact Route to resolve the issue. If not, reach out to us at connect@gstq.com and we'll guide you through the next steps.

What if my garment looks different in person?

We strive for accuracy in representing our items online. If there's a discrepancy, contact our customer service for support, or you may use our hassle-free exchange within 14 days of receipt.

How do I know which size to choose?

For the best fit, refer to our size guide available on the site. Additionally, each product page features a Model Sizing section for a better understanding of the fit and scale.
